SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends educational content, appointment confirmations, reminder messages, and trading insights to students who have enrolled in programs with SE TRADINGX LLC through our website or scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include course updates, coaching session confirmations, appointment reminders, live trading session notifications, educational content, and customer support communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] during business hours.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your program enrollment, course participation, and coaching schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Program Enrollment & Refund Policy

Enrollment

When you enroll in any SE TRADINGX LLC program, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Comply with all program requirements and participation expectations

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies by program and is outlined in the specific Program Agreement you signed upon enrollment. Generally:

SETRA Academy ($497) & Foundation ($1,000): No refunds after 30 days from purchase date.

Bootcamp ($2,000): No refunds after the first live session begins.

Accelerator ($3,000) & Elite Mastery ($6,000): Refunds available only if you fully participate in all required activities (as defined in your Program Agreement) AND submit a refund request within 30 days of enrollment.

Inner Circle ($10,000/year): No refunds after 30 days from enrollment date.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are subject to review based on participation records and compliance with program terms.

Recording & Media Rights

Coaching calls, live sessions, and webinars may be recorded

SE TRADINGX LLC retains full ownership of all recordings

Recordings may be used for educational purposes with current and future students

Your participation may be featured in marketing materials, testimonials, or case studies (with your consent for public use)

You waive any claims to compensation for use of approved recordings or testimonials

For any public marketing use, we will notify you in advance and provide the option to:

Approve or decline the use of your image/testimonial/results

Request anonymity (face blurred, audio modified)

Termination
